Jeff has represented numerous unions and their members throughout his career. Jeff has also represented individual employees who have been treated unlawfully. He has provided representation before the National Labor Relations Board, state and federal courts and proceedings arising from statutory grievance procedures or collective bargaining agreements. Jeff has represented individual employees who have been treated unlawfully by their employers. Jeff has also provided advice and counsel to public employers while employed by the West Virginia Attorney General and as a Special Assistant Attorney General.

Jeff Blaydes also represents those injured by negligence or the reckless conduct of others. Jeff has provided skilled and thorough representation to those who suffer from complex black lung or occupational pneumoconiosis resulting from defective coal dust masks. He also represents those who have been diagnosed with cancer caused by the use of talc or mesothelioma.

Jeff Blaydes is driven to fight for those who need protection. Through his work in guardian and conservator cases, he is a voice for senior citizens and those who qualify to be protected by the law and who are vulnerable to exploitation or abuse. As a hearing examiner, Jeff has heard more than 100 cases for more than twenty government agencies on issues relating to licensure, ethics and employment rights. As a trained mediator, Jeff utilizes his analytical and communication skills honed through years of litigating and hearing examiner work to assist parties in resolving disputes through the mediation process.
